Before the implementation of the LevelUP program, an assessment was conducted with 25 IDEMIA Brazil employees. The survey found that the majority of employees still remained at the most basic levels, even after 9.36 months of study.
After 14 months of implementation, we reached the milestone of optimizing the time to achieve the goal within 6 months. The majority of the over 45 employees in the program showed significant increases in participation in activities that require the use of the language.
